DR. STEPHANIE SULKOWSKI FUMIATTI
Founder, Elementary & Middle School Specialist
Stephanie is the Language Arts Specialist in a local district where she writes curriculum and trains and supports English teachers in grades 7-12. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Southern Connecticut State University. She previously worked as a 5th grade language arts and social studies teacher at Dr. Robert H. Brown Intermediate School, where she was named the 2019-2020 teacher of the year.
Stephanie completed her MA at Teachers College, Columbia University, studying curriculum and teaching with a concentration in literacy instruction. She has also completed a certificate program at Harvard Graduate School of Education in culturally responsive literacy instruction and completed her doctorate degree at Northeastern University. Throughout her career, she has designed international literacy curricula and has published reading and writing units used in various public school systems.

She draws on a diverse educational background to provide instruction customized to meet the needs of all of her learners. JULIA SOLUSTRI
Secondary & Test Prep Specialist (7-12)
Julia studied English literature at Southern Connecticut State University. After Graduating she completed her masters degree in Education with a concentration in reading from Sacred Heart University. She will soon be graduating with a second masters degree in Educational Leadership from University of South Carolina. Julia has also received her Data Wise certification from Harvard University and is working towards becoming a certified Microsoft education specialist.

Julia has held various reading, writing and language arts teaching positions over the course of her teaching career. She has led both intervention programs and gifted and talented programs. She also has worked with high school recovery credit students in both New Haven, Connecticut and in New York City. As a future school leader, Julia has a strong belief that every student can be successful with the right supports, interventions and extensions. She looks forward to developing an individualized plan to meet your child's needs.
