Since 2013, State Street Tutoring has provided professional tutoring services to clients throughout the United States and internationally through both in person and virtual instruction strategies. With a background in literacy instruction, our focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship with learners and families. ONE ON ONE TUTORING
The Path to Success
This is the perfect option if your child has a specific need, support, enrichment or interest you are looking to pursue. Tutoring is always personalized and tailored to the clients specific needs and interests. Available for online sessions, in person sessions (location dependent) and small group sessions.
EDITING & REVISING
Results Driven Strategies
Editing and revising are critical to any formal written piece. We will work with you to provide clear feedback and suggestions to improve your writing. This option is best for writers who are close to finishing a piece and are looking for suggestions to take it to the next level.
ACCELERATED WRITING PROGRAM (AWP)
A Comprehensive Approach
These 4 or 8 week programs are scaffolded to build upon each other in alignment with Common Core State Standards. Each program takes writers through an interest and need based unit of study. In these units, writers will navigate the writing process of brainstorming, drafting, revising, editing and publishing writing pieces from various genres. Individual and group rates available upon inquiry.
DISTANCE LEARNING SUPPORT
Expert Guidance
Enhance distance learning with the direct support of a classroom teacher. Your child will leave each session feeling confident in navigating educational technology and completing all assignments.
